If you're thinking of buying, just be ready to bring your A game-- bring your best possible offer, least amount of contingencies, because you'll most likely be up against other buyers. And make sure you have a strong preapproval before you even begin to look at houses. This will keep everything moving smoothly and keep your expectations in check throughout the process.
