Have you seen the mortgage rates from today??? Allen Tate Mortgage sent out an email this morning, and was offering the following rates:  

Conventional 30-Year Fixed

Conventional 15 – Year Fixed

Conventional 5/1 ARM

JUMBO 30-Year Fixed

($417,001 - $750,000)

4.75%

5/1 ARM (JUMBO)

($417,001 - $750,000)

4.00%

FHA & VA 30 YEAR FIXED

4.00%
