Did You Make Any Additions/Remodels/Physical Changes to Your Home?

Have You Acquired Artwork or Jewelry?

• These categories have limitations on the standard homeowners policy, so acquisition of these items may put you over the limit without the proper coverage!

Have You Recently Installed a Central Station Burglar and Fire Alarm?

• If you have, you may be eligible for additional discounts in the premium on your homeowners insurance!

Peace of Mind Coverages to Think About

• Identity Theft endorsement (usually less than $30 a year)
• Back up of Water and Sewer
• Replacement Cost on Contents and Dwelling
• Jewelry/Artwork Riders when applicable
