As you heard last week, several banks--with Bank of America being one of the largest-- have haulted their current foreclosures until it can be determined if the proper procedures were being followed.  How does this affect us?  It can affect those of you looking for a house and considering a foreclosure; it will affect those of you who are on the verge of foreclosure; it will affect us Realtors in what we can sell, and what work must be done to assure the houses can be sold.
