Here is a great blog written by Allen Tate Realtors President, Pat Riley, discussing his opinion on the current market.  

I'm thrilled to read his opinion, which coincides with mine, in that we have hit the bottom of this difficult real estate market.  We are stable-- if maybe a little on the upswing. But as far as I can tell (and of course, I can't see the future!), the worst is behind us.
