As we close one year and begin another, I wish everyone health and happiness, and a prosperous year!  Let's all say goodbye to the difficulties we faced towards the end of last year, and hello to all of the possibilities and opportunities that come with a new beginning. 

With the new year comes a positive outlook, for life in general but of course also for real estate.  Many signs point to an upturn in the market, and with interest rates at an all time low, there are a multitude of opportunities for both buyers and sellers.
